Description
Brassica oleracea var. Viridis is a type of collard plant known for its large thin leaves with veins. Also called Carolina Cabbage and Yellow Cabbage Collards, although the leaves are green they have a slight yellow-tint. The taste is a less bitter and more of a sweet flavor than the other varieties.

Growing Tips:
