Cushaw squash, or Cucurbita argyrosperma is a popular squash of Native Americans, carrying with it much ancient history. It is recognizable as a large, white fruit with small green stripes. The bottom is bulbous with a crooked neck and oblong body. Other names include Gourd, Winter Squash, and Silver Seed Squash.
