Purple Yard-Long Beans

Description

China and India have been growing these purple 36” long beans for hundreds of years. They can be recognizable by a pod that is a dark, deep purple color. Sometimes weighs as much as 1.41 ounces and is around 20 inches long. When cooked, these beans turn black, are stringless, and tender.
